Designer, builder, dad.

I'm Matt — a product designer in LA who helps teams ship better interfaces for web and mobile.

I started out at a small e-commerce startup, found my way to Disney, and eventually went full-time freelance so I could work across more industries. Most of the work you'll see here is stuff I did on my own — I pick a real product, figure out what's not working, and redesign it from scratch. Same process and thinking I'd bring to your project.

Lately I've been getting into the code side of things — React, Supabase, Expo — which means I can hand you a working prototype instead of just a Figma file. It also means I speak your engineers' language, so less gets lost in translation.

Outside of work I'm a dad of two, which keeps me pretty busy. I also have a yorkie named Iggy who thinks he runs the house (he does). When I do get a moment to myself it's usually spent gaming, going down a rabbit hole on nice fonts, or planning the next trip somewhere.
